On 24 October, 2023 ARDHO organized a legal education the partnership of Nyarugenge District in Nyakabanda Sector. This awareness focused on the Law determining offences and penalties in general and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) . This partnership is a significant step in empowering the residents with essential legal knowledge and promoting peaceful conflict resolution.
The Legal Pro Bono Rwanda project has played a pivotal role in advancing access to justice and legal aid services for vulnerable populations in Kigali City. Citizen who receive free legal representation or assistance do not have to bear the financial burden of hiring a private attorney. This can alleviate financial stress and prevent individuals from being discouraged from pursuing their legal rights.
